customs and traditions above human life

This is the most unfortunate thing happened to india centuries ago; people here value traditions, customs, rules, "reethi", "rivaaz" more than human lives.
This is very shameful, I should blame all those disgraceful people who created these rules.
I know Manu is one such culprit who desgined all these traditions sometime in BC; if I really get a chance I would make sure that kind of person is never born on this earth.

How can you put traditions above life? centuries after centuries these ignorant Indians have been blindly following as if they are god's words. I should say its the fault of how "brahminism" developed during those times.
All the Rajas and kings used to respect those arrogant "knowledgeable" persons who designed rules for the people and made sure that no section of the society ever even think of knowing the truth.
Its a pity that I am born as "hindu"; I should declare my identity, my caste everywhere I go while I stay in India; because Indian state recognizes people based on their identities.

If I get a chance to choose a place in my next life, I'll not choose this country in its present state, I will choose my birth either during "ashoka's reign" or "chalukya's" or "pallava's" or may be during the INdus valley civilization.
I don't want to be born in a nation where power rests with few individuals and where only these few people decide how the other people live.

I sincerely pray god to degenerate hindu "culture", to eradicate all the religious heads who make rules; I think it should be the same with every religion, all the religious heads (only those who make rules) should be sent to god, either he a muslim or jew or a christian.

all this debate again comes to "religion"; religion controls human behaviour, human evolution and much more. there is so much that a religion contributes to human lives and it takes generations and generations to remove one religion and I don't think its even possible.
Imagine if you want to remove hindu or muslim religions from this world, is it possible? never until human life stays on this earth.
For people like me, all this frustration goes to a blog or a column or to a diary; other than that we just couldn't do anything.
Ok, here is the time to take an Oath.
Until I live on this earth, I will respect and value human life more than anything else!
